White Wine Vinegar Starter Kit

Vinegar starter kit for making one-half gallon (64 ounces) of white wine vinegar, to be built up to larger volume as conversion takes place. Comes with one gallon widemouth glass jar with lid, muslin covering, (2) 8 ounce white wine vinegar cultures, "Making Vinegar at Home" book, small bottle, label and cap for use at table, acid test kit and instructions. You will first make two quarts of vinegar, which takes a few months. Then you can remove some for storage in the bottle, and replace with white wine, which will convert to vinegar as you add in small amounts over time. You provide the white wine, either homemade or commercial.
