White Wine Vinegar Culture-8 oz jar to make 1 quart, which can be built up later to a higher volume. You will provide 2 cups (16 oz.) of white wine of your choice. This is the "mother of vinegar" starter culture featured in Food & Wine magazine's October 2006 issue. It is made from California vinifera wine grapes.
