Red Wine Vinegar Starter Kit

Vinegar starter kit for making one quart of red wine vinegar, to be built up to larger volume as conversion takes place. Comes with one gallon widemouth glass jar with lid, muslin covering, red wine vinegar culture, "Making Vinegar at Home" book, small bottle and cap for use at table, acid test kit and instructions. You will first make one quart of vinegar, which takes a few months. Then you can remove some for storage in the bottle, and replace with red wine, which will convert to vinegar. You provide the red wine, either homemade or commercial. Note: picture shows more than one jar--starter kit includes only one.
