Red Wine Vinegar Starter Kit

Vinegar starter kit for making 2 quarts of red wine vinegar, to be built up to larger volume as conversion takes place. Comes with one gallon widemouth glass jar with lid, muslin covering, (2) 8 ounce red wine vinegar cultures, "Making Vinegar at Home" book, small bottle, label and cap for use at table, acid test kit and instructions. You will first make 1/2 gallon of vinegar, which takes a few months. Then you can remove some for storage in the bottle, and replace with red wine, which will keep converting to vinegar every time you add more in small amounts. You provide the red wine, either homemade or commercial.
