Cascade Hop Pellets

First released in 1972, an open pollenation of a Fuggle seedling and a Russian hop Serebrianker, it has become the most widely used aroma hop among craft brewers, flowery, citrusy and somewhat grapefruity. Typical alpha is 4.5-7%, good for any US-style of beer and also witbier. Great for dry-hopping. All hop pellets are sold in 1 ounce increments with alpha rating listed.
