Dried ale yeast from Saf-Ale, the S-04 strain is purported to be Whitbread's English ale yeast. Good all purpose for any English-style ale, it leaves a little residual sugar, so it does not ferment out dry. Sufficient for 4 to 6 gallons of beer. Manufactured in Sutton, Surrey, UK. Large 11.5 gram size.
