Santa's Magic Potion

A Belgian Strong ale that can be spiced, recipe is adapted from "Belgian Ale" by Pierre Rajotte. Original Gravity 1.069-79--- Finishing Gravity 1.016-18--- Alcohol by volume 7.5%. Comes with malt syrup/dme, Belgian grains, noble hops, yeast, priming sugar and instructions for 5 gallons. A holiday favorite, but can be enjoyed any time of year. You provide extra sugar for added alcohol strength.
