You will have to get some cocoa powder at the food store, but it will be worth the trip. This full-bodied velvety Porter is perfect for getting ready for enjoyment anytime. The beautiful thing is that it can be ready to drink early also. Because of the complexity of the chocolate, the beer changes over time, but is enjoyable at all stages. Comes packed with malt extract, grains, hops, priming sugar, dry yeast and instructions-- Original gravity 1.048-54-- Finishing gravity 1.012-14-- Alcohol by volume 4.8 - 5%. Makes 5 gallons.
