Traditional German style, light in color. American examples are: Anchor Wheat, Northampton Weizenheimer and there are hundreds of German examples. Original Gravity 1.044-46 Finishing Gravity 1.011-13 Alcohol by volume 4%-Uses Bavarian Weizen DME and real German wheat beer yeast.
