Autumn Fest Ale

Our best-selling recipe for an Oktoberfest-style brew. It is brewed as an ale rather than the German lager style. Many American breweries are doing this as a way to produce this style in their normal brewing cycle. The beer can always be lagered (cold-stored) when it is in the bottles or kegs. This recipe contains seven pounds of malt extract, German Munich and Crystal grains, hops, bottling sugar, instructions, and dried brewing yeast.
