American Style Lager - Yankee Brewer kit

This is the most popular style in the US based on sales--a light golden beer. This one uses rice syrup solids to give it a crisp, dry character. Has a nice hop flavor as well. Original Gravity 1.034-36 Finishing Gravity 1.006-08 Alcohol by volume 3.5%
