Alchemist's Apricot Ale - Yankee Brewer kit

Some of the more popular fruit beers on the market are the apricot flavored ales from Magic Hat, Pyramid and Dogfish Head, among others. This is our take on the style, a light amber, well-bodied ale which you will flavor with 4 oz. of natural apricot extract, which is included. It also comes with six pounds of American Light malt extract syrup, blended specialty grains, hop pellets, dry yeast, priming sugar and instructions.
